What Automated fire recognition system is?

Our company provided consulting services and realisation of the public procurement for Automated stationary detection system for on-time detection of a forest fires.

This procurement includes the delivery of Automated stationary detection system for on-time detection of a forest fires for three particular geographic areas:

• High Tatras,
• Low Tatras,
• Záhorie region.

In the conditions of Slovak Republic, Automated fire recognition system will allow continuous monitoring of selected areas and particularly will shorten the time for detection of emerging fires. Apart from that it will precisely localise the area with GPS coordinates and inform the responsible person.

The Automated fire recognition system will significantly reduce the risk of large-scale forest fires in the monitored areas and prevent significant damage to the fauna and flora of the Slovak Republic. Implementation of the Automated fire recognition system will also create a space for efficient way of informing particular rescue services – the firemen in first place – and inform the citizens in the area about new emerged fire.
